From the organizer: Everyone has a story to tell. A poem withheld. Come and free yourself up as we explore poetry, meditation and performance in an open and nurturing space.

Karoo Chanti hosts an immersive session of poetry & meditation to help participants exfoliate pass those layers of creative self-doubt/self-limitation and explore the power of their own narrative voice. 

Chanti’s Yindom workshop is about providing a stimulating and meditative space for both beginner and experienced writers to experiment with storytelling, freestyling and performance. Participants will be lead through a guided meditation session accompanied by live ambient music to free up those chakras. 

Chanti will share some of her poetry from her upcoming EP Yindom, which explores the ecological and gender imbalances in our world and calls for more space for the empowerment of Yin energy. Followed by interactive freestyle games, a guided writing session and a group performance with free flow music. 

Come with a blank mind and open heart as we explore those withheld stories, extract those living room raps and discover that everyone has a voice worth sharing.
